Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the entire PCO process take?

The total process typically takes 8-12 weeks from start to finish, assuming all documents are correct and tests are passed quickly. Our online submission process helps minimize delays.

What are the next steps after I pay the £155?

After you pay, we will immediately initiate your Enhanced DBS Check. Once the DBS is clear and all documents are verified, we submit the full application to TfL on your behalf.

What happens if I fail one of the three tests?

You are allowed two attempts for each test (£16 retake fee). If you fail both attempts for any single test, TfL requires you to restart the entire application process and pay the £310 fee again. We highly recommend our training courses.
